The Capital Region has a new real estate brokerage, Cherko & Fusco Realty.

Adam Fusco, a lawyer, is the broker and Bryce Cherko is the vice-president of sales and leasing. Cherko grew up in the Capital Region and graduated from Merrimack College in Massachusetts this spring. He started his real estate career in Boston, but when the pandemic hit in March, Cherko moved home to establish himself in the real estate business. He also works for his father, Pat Cherko, the owner of PCA Plumbing.

COVID-19 sidelined Cherko’s last semester of college and made it difficult to get a new business off the ground.

“I watched deals fall apart at first,” Cherko says. “But now things are coming together. I want people to know they can trust me, but have to prove it first.”

The new brokerage offers a guaranteed lowest commission. If you find a competitor who will list your property for less, Cherko & Fusco will match it.

Find the firm online and on Facebook. Contact Bryce Cherko at [email protected] or 518-847-9138.
